Description

How do I leave feedback on EPICSWP?

After a deal, you can leave feedback for the other person on their profile page. Be honest and specific, and keep it fair.

Can I edit or remove my feedback?

You can edit feedback for a limited time after posting it, but you can't remove it. That keeps the feedback record honest for everyone who reads it.

What should I do if I receive negative feedback?

Reply calmly and stick to the facts. If you think the feedback is unfair, contact our support team with the details of the deal.

What is a dispute on EPICSWP?

A dispute is a disagreement between a buyer and a seller about a deal, for example when an account isn't delivered or isn't as described, or when there's a problem with the payment.

How do I raise a dispute?

Find the deal in your transaction history, open it and start a dispute there. Either side can do this until the buyer confirms receipt. Describe the problem in as much detail as you can.

How does EPICSWP handle disputes?

A moderator reviews the deal chat and the evidence from both sides, then makes the decision. EPICSWP's assistant, Aegis, may prepare a summary of the case for the moderator, but a person decides. We may contact you if we need more information.

How long does it take to resolve a dispute?

It depends on the case and on how quickly both sides send what the moderator asks for. While the dispute is open, the payment stays held.

What happens if I lose a dispute?

The moderator decides whether the held payment goes to the seller or back to the buyer, and may require you to give back anything you received from the deal. Serious or repeated rule breaking can lead to account suspension.

What can I do to avoid disputes?

Agree on every detail in the chat before anyone pays, so there's a clear record of what was promised. Then keep the deal and the payment on EPICSWP, where escrow holds the money until the buyer confirms.

I have more questions about feedback and disputes. Who do I contact?

Your payment stays held by EPICSWP until you confirm. Check each of these on the live account first, and if anything doesn't match, open a dispute instead of confirming.

  • Level, rank and items match the listing on the live account

Most game publishers' terms don't allow accounts to be sold or transferred, and the publisher of Feedback Disputes can suspend an account that has been. Escrow protects your payment from the seller, but it can't overrule the publisher.

Frequently asked questions

Do not confirm receipt. Open a dispute from the transaction page while your payment is still held in escrow. A moderator reads the deal chat and the evidence from both sides and decides the outcome, which can mean the full amount goes back to you.

No, and you should treat any such request as a warning sign. Paying outside the platform removes escrow entirely: there is no held payment, no dispute process and no recourse if the feedback disputes is never delivered. Off-platform payment requests are against the rules and can be reported from the deal chat.
