These guidelines explain how escrow works in practice and what we expect from buyers and sellers.
HOW ESCROW PROTECTS YOU#
- 1Buyer clicks "Buy with Escrow Protection" and pays the seller's price + 6% fee via NowPayments (crypto).
- 2The Platform holds the funds in escrow. The seller is notified to begin delivery.
- 3The seller transfers the account (credentials, ownership, original email) and marks delivery in progress.
- 4The buyer inspects and confirms receipt. The seller's price is released to their wallet.
- 5If either party is unsatisfied, they open a dispute. A moderator intervenes and resolves.
ANTI-SPAM#
After publishing a listing, sellers must wait a cooldown (default 5 minutes, configurable in admin) before publishing another. This reduces marketplace spam.
DISPUTES#
Open a dispute only for genuine issues: non-delivery, account not as described, access problems, or suspected fraud. Provide clear evidence in the chat. Frivolous disputes may negatively affect your reputation.
PROHIBITED — WILL GET A DEAL BLOCKED#
- Asking the other party to pay outside escrow (PayPal, Venmo, direct crypto, etc.)
- Sharing or requesting passwords, 2FA codes, or wallet seed phrases
- Sending phishing links or malware
- Threats, impersonation, or harassment
- Listing hacked, stolen, or fraudulently obtained accounts
Our Aegis safety monitor scans every message. High-confidence scam attempts auto-block the transaction. A blocked deal can only be released or refunded by a moderator or admin.
REPUTATION#
After a completed deal, both parties may leave one feedback rating (Positive, Neutral, or Negative) with a comment. Your aggregate trust score is shown on your profile and listing cards.
STAY SAFE#
- Keep all communication inside the deal chat.
- Never send money outside escrow.
- Verify the account before confirming receipt.
- Report suspicious behavior immediately.
