01Acceptance of Terms#
By creating an account or using EPICSWP ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Escrow Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
02Eligibility#
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
03The Service#
EPICSWP operates a peer-to-peer secure digital escrow marketplace where users buy and sell digital products (social media accounts, website design, AI software, digital assets, SaaS & software licenses, and more) using cryptocurrency escrow. We act as a neutral escrow holder and dispute-resolution facilitator. We are not a party to the underlying sale and do not take ownership of any account or asset.
04Escrow & Fees#
When a buyer initiates a purchase, they pay the seller's listed price plus a 6% escrow fee (configurable by the Platform). Funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt or a dispute is resolved. On completion, the seller's price is credited to the seller's internal wallet and the fee is retained as Platform revenue. All money is handled in integer cents to prevent rounding errors. Refunds return the buyer's total to their wallet.
05User Responsibilities#
Sellers must have clear title to any account they list and must transfer it promptly once escrow is funded. Buyers must inspect delivered accounts and confirm or open a dispute in good faith. Both parties must keep all communication on-platform — off-platform payment requests are prohibited and may be blocked by our Aegis safety systems.
06Prohibited Conduct#
You may not list stolen, hacked, or fraudulently obtained accounts; share credentials, 2FA codes, or wallet seed phrases; request off-platform payment; use phishing links; impersonate others; or threaten other users. Violations may result in transaction blocking, account suspension, or a permanent ban.
07Disputes#
Either party may open a dispute. A moderator will review the recorded chat and evidence and resolve the dispute by releasing funds to the seller or refunding the buyer. Decions are logged and reversible only by another moderator or admin. We aim to resolve disputes within 24–48 hours.
08Aegis Safety Monitoring#
We use automated Aegis safety monitoring on deal chats and transaction activity. High-confidence scam patterns may automatically block a transaction pending moderator review. AI actions are logged and reversible by human moderators.
09Wallet & Shop#
Internal wallet balances are maintained in cents. Wallet funds may be spent on Platform shop items (listing bumps, highlights, username colors) and membership upgrades. Wallet balances are not stored cryptocurrency and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
10Limitation of Liability#
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPICSWP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the escrow fee collected on the relevant transaction.
11Termination#
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time, subject to completion of any open escrow transactions.
12Changes#
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13Prohibited Products#
The following products and services are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on EPICSWP:
- Trading bots (forex, crypto, stock, arbitrage)
- Stolen or hacked accounts
- Fake followers, likes, reviews, or engagement bots
- Pirated or cracked software
- Phishing tools, malware, or ransomware
- Gambling or casino software
- Credit card data or financial information
- Counterfeit digital goods
- Identity theft tools
- Money laundering services
Violations result in immediate listing removal, account suspension, and potential legal action. All listings are reviewed by our AI Aegis moderation agent before publication.
