How do disputes work?

Either party can open a dispute from the transaction page before confirming receipt. Aegis then analyzes the deal chat, credentials and evidence, and generates a PDF Case Summary Report. A human moderator reviews the report and makes the final binding ruling, which can release funds to the buyer or seller.
