01Information we collect#
When you create an account, we store your email, username, display name, a hashed password and any profile details you add. If you sign in with Google or Telegram, we also receive the basic profile details that service shares with us. For each deal, we store the listing, the deal's status, the deal chat messages and payment references, and for withdrawals, the payout details you enter. We also log IP addresses, device details and activity, which we use for security and to prevent abuse.
02How we use information#
We use it to run the marketplace, process payments, settle disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, meet our legal obligations, and contact you about your account and your deals.
03Data minimization and security#
We collect only what we need to run the service. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions use secure, httpOnly, sameSite cookies. Every money movement is recorded in an audit log. Everything you submit is checked on the server, and sign-in attempts are rate limited.
04AI processing#
Deal chat messages and deal activity may be processed by AI models, run by outside AI providers, to detect scams and to answer questions you ask Aegis, our assistant. We do not use your private deal content to train third-party models.
05Sharing#
We do not sell your data. We share it only as far as each service needs it to run the site: our payment processor to complete payments, the AI provider behind Aegis and the chat checks, our email service to send account messages, the ID-check provider if you choose to verify your identity, and Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. We also share data with authorities where the law requires it. The other side of a deal sees your username and the profile details you choose to show.
06Your rights#
You can ask to see, correct or export your data, and ask us to delete it. Some records have to be kept by law, including the audit log of financial transactions.
07Cookies#
We use cookies that keep you signed in and run your session. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to measure visits. We do not use advertising cookies.
