A server is a community that moves with an ownership transfer. The original email decides whether the sale holds
If the seller keeps the email the account was registered with (the OGE), they can ask Discord support to recover the account after you've paid. What sets the price
The creation date, the badges and the username, roughly in that order. Accounts from 2015 to 2018 may carry badges Discord has retired and will never give again, so there are fewer of them every year.
