Questions to settle before paying for files
Which rights you get
Personal use, commercial use, resale rights and private label rights are four different purchases. Ask which one the price covers and keep the answer in the deal chat.
Whether the seller owns them
Ask where the work came from. Files made by someone else, or with tools whose licence limits commercial use, can't be passed on with rights the seller doesn't have.
Formats and versions
Agree the file formats and versions in the listing. A design sold as editable should arrive as layered source files, not flattened images.
How to buy a digital product safely
- 1Pick the digital product you want and put your questions to the seller in the deal chat before paying.
- 2Click Buy with Escrow Protection and pay the price plus the 6% escrow fee. EPICSWP holds the money; the seller doesn't receive it yet.
- 3The seller hands over inside the deal chat, which is checked for common scam patterns.
- 4Download every file, open each one and check it against the listing. Do all of it while your payment is still held.
- 5Confirm receipt once everything matches, which releases the payment to the seller. If something is wrong, open a dispute and a moderator decides.
Selling digital products
Describe what is in the download, the formats, and the rights the buyer gets. Show a preview that can't be used as the product itself.
Send the files in the deal chat after the payment shows as held. Your money is released when the buyer confirms receipt.

How are digital products delivered?
Through the deal chat, after the buyer's payment is held in escrow. The buyer opens the files and confirms receipt, and only then is the seller paid.
Can I resell what I buy here?
Only if the seller grants resale rights, and only if the seller had those rights to begin with. Get it in writing in the deal chat.
What if a file is broken or missing?
Don't confirm receipt. Ask the seller to send it again, and if they don't, open a dispute so a moderator can look at the deal chat.
