01Acceptance of terms#
By creating an account or using EPICSWP ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our escrow guidelines. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.
02Eligibility#
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. The information you give us must be accurate and complete.
03The service#
EPICSWP is a marketplace where users buy and sell game accounts and social media accounts, with the buyer's payment held in escrow. We hold the payment and help settle disputes as a neutral party. We are not a party to the sale itself, we never take ownership of an account, and we give no warranty for any account sold on the Platform.
04Escrow and fees#
The buyer pays the seller's listed price plus an escrow fee of 6%, or less for Gold and Platinum members. We hold that money from the moment it is paid. It is released to the seller only when the buyer confirms receipt or when a moderator decides a dispute, and never on a timer. A deal that hasn't been paid within 72 hours cancels itself. When a deal completes, the seller's price goes to the seller's EPICSWP wallet and we keep the fee. If a deal is refunded, everything the buyer paid, fee included, goes back to the buyer's wallet. All amounts are calculated in whole cents.
05Your responsibilities#
Sellers must own what they list and must hand it over promptly once the buyer's payment is held. Buyers must check what they receive and then confirm receipt or open a dispute, in good faith. Both sides must keep the deal and every payment on the Platform. Requests to pay outside it are prohibited and may be flagged or blocked by Aegis, our safety system. Many platforms and game publishers forbid buying or selling accounts in their own terms and can suspend an account that changes hands, and checking those rules is your responsibility. Escrow protects the payment between buyer and seller. It can't protect an account from action by the platform.
06Prohibited conduct#
You may not: list stolen, hacked or fraudulently obtained accounts; ask other users for their own passwords, 2FA codes or wallet seed phrases, or share yours; ask to be paid outside the Platform; send phishing links; impersonate anyone; or threaten other users. Handing over the login of the account being sold, inside the deal chat, is a normal part of a deal and is allowed. Breaking these rules can lead to a blocked deal, a suspended account or a permanent ban.
07Disputes#
Either side can open a dispute before the buyer confirms receipt. A moderator reviews the deal chat and the evidence and decides whether the money goes to the seller, back to the buyer, or is split between them. Every decision is logged.
08Aegis safety monitoring#
Aegis, our automated assistant, checks deal chats for scam patterns such as requests to pay outside the Platform. A flagged message earns the sender a warning, and repeated flags can block a deal until a moderator reviews it. Aegis doesn't decide disputes. Its actions are logged, and a moderator can lift a block.
09Wallet and shop#
Your EPICSWP wallet holds money from completed sales and refunds, in US dollars. You can spend it in the shop (bumps, featured listings and username colors) and on memberships, or withdraw it. An admin reviews each withdrawal, and the 3% withdrawal fee comes off the amount you withdraw.
10Limitation of liability#
As far as the law allows, EPICSWP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any deal is limited to the escrow fee we collected on it.
11Termination#
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time once your open deals are finished.
12Changes to these terms#
We may update these terms from time to time and will announce material changes on the Platform. If you keep using the Platform after a change, you accept the updated terms.
13Prohibited products#
These products and services are not allowed on EPICSWP:
- Trading bots (forex, crypto, stock or arbitrage)
- Stolen or hacked accounts
- Fake followers, likes, reviews or engagement bots
- Pirated or cracked software
- Phishing tools, malware or ransomware
- Gambling or casino software
- Credit card data or other financial information
- Counterfeit digital goods
- Identity theft tools
- Money laundering services
Listing any of these gets the listing removed and the account suspended, and may lead to legal action. New listings are checked automatically before they appear. Some are rejected outright, and anything the check is unsure about waits for a moderator.
