These guidelines explain how escrow works in practice and what we expect from buyers and sellers.

HOW ESCROW PROTECTS YOU#

  1. STEP 01

    The buyer clicks "Buy with Escrow Protection" and pays the seller's price plus the 6% fee, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

  2. STEP 02

    EPICSWP holds the payment, and the seller is told to start the handover.

  3. STEP 03

    The seller hands over the account in the deal chat (the login and original email, or ownership moved inside the app, depending on the platform) and clicks Start delivery.

  4. STEP 04

    The buyer checks the account and confirms receipt. The seller's price is then released to the seller's wallet.

  5. STEP 05

    If either side has a problem before the buyer confirms, they open a dispute and a moderator decides it.

ANTI-SPAM#

After publishing a listing, a seller has to wait before publishing another. The wait is 5 minutes by default, and memberships shorten or remove it.

DISPUTES#

Open a dispute only for a real problem: the account wasn't delivered, isn't as described or can't be accessed, or you suspect fraud. Put clear evidence in the deal chat. Opening disputes without good reason can hurt your reputation.

PROHIBITED: THESE CAN GET A DEAL BLOCKED#

  • Asking the other side to pay outside escrow, for example by PayPal, bank transfer or a direct crypto transfer
  • Asking someone for their own passwords, 2FA codes or wallet seed phrases, or sharing yours. The login of the account being sold is different: the seller hands that over in the deal chat as normal.
  • Sending phishing links or malware
  • Threats, impersonation or harassment
  • Listing hacked, stolen or fraudulently obtained accounts

Aegis, our safety monitor, checks every deal chat message. A flagged message earns the sender a warning, and repeated flags block the deal. A blocked deal stays frozen until a moderator or admin reviews it.

REPUTATION#

After a completed deal, each side can leave one rating (Positive, Neutral or Negative) with a comment. Your overall score is shown on your profile.

STAY SAFE#

  • Keep all communication inside the deal chat.
  • Never send money outside escrow.
  • Check the account before you confirm receipt.
  • Report anything suspicious straight away.
