BEFORE YOU CONTACT US#
- If the problem is with an active deal, open a dispute on that deal. A moderator will review it there, with the deal chat as evidence.
- If Aegis has blocked a deal, it is already waiting for a moderator to review it.

WHAT TO INCLUDE#
Give your username, the deal reference (it starts with TX-) and a clear description of the problem. Screenshots help.
REPORT A SCAM#
If someone asks you to pay outside EPICSWP, sends a phishing link or breaks the rules in another way, open a dispute on the deal so a moderator can look at it. You can also email abuse@epicswp.com.
