ESCROW FEE#
The buyer pays an escrow fee of 6% on top of the seller's listed price. It is calculated on the server in whole cents and shown before you pay. When the deal completes, the seller receives the full listed price and EPICSWP keeps the fee. If the deal is refunded, the full amount the buyer paid, fee included, goes back to their EPICSWP wallet.
Example: on a listing priced at $500.00, the buyer pays $500.00 plus the 6% fee, and the seller receives the full $500.00 when the deal completes.
Gold and Platinum members pay a lower escrow fee on the deals they buy.
WITHDRAWAL FEE#
Sellers pay 3% of the amount they withdraw from their EPICSWP wallet. An admin reviews each withdrawal before it is paid out.
WALLET AND SHOP#
Completed sales go to your EPICSWP wallet. You can spend the balance on:
- A Bump Post, which moves a listing to the top of the browse feed for 24 hours ($3.00)
- A Highlight Listing, which puts a listing at the top of browse pages with a crown badge for 1 to 4 weeks ($50.00 a week)
- A Username Color Change, which changes the color of your username across the marketplace ($15.00)
- A membership upgrade (see below)
MEMBERSHIPS#
Memberships are paid once a year from your wallet.
- Silver ($49 a year): 8 active listings, a 3-minute cooldown, Silver flair
- Gold ($99 a year): 20 active listings, a 1-minute cooldown, Gold flair, priority placement
- Platinum ($199 a year): 50 active listings, no cooldown, Platinum flair, top placement, dedicated support
Shop and membership prices can change. The shop always shows the current price.
