Question 1

Can I buy a Discord account rather than a server?

Accepted Answer

Yes. They are different purchases with different risks. An account is one person's profile and is handed over by changing the login details. A server is a community and moves with Discord's Transfer Ownership option. Decide which you want before you negotiate, because the checks are different.

Question 2

Where can I find Discord accounts for sale?

Accepted Answer

Accounts and servers are both listed on this page, each with a price and escrow. For accounts, the creation date and the badges decide most of the price. For servers, the member count means little unless people actually talk there.

Question 3

Why does the original email matter so much on Discord?

Accepted Answer

Because it is the biggest risk in buying any Discord account. If the seller keeps the address the account was made with (the OGE), they can ask Discord support to recover the account after the sale. Make sure the email is changed to yours and do a password reset yourself before you release escrow.

Question 4

How can I tell if a Discord account is genuinely aged?

Accepted Answer

Check the Member Since date on the account itself once you are logged in. Screenshots are easy to fake. Accounts made between 2015 and 2018 may have badges Discord no longer gives out, and those badges can't be added to a newer account.

Question 5

What should I check before confirming receipt?

Accepted Answer

Sign in, change the password, swap any two-factor for your own, confirm the email is yours, and check that the badges or server ownership in the listing are really there. Escrow holds your money until you have done all of it.

Question 6

How much does an Early Supporter Discord account cost?

Accepted Answer

Nobody can earn the Early Supporter badge any more. It went to people who bought Nitro before 10 October 2018, so the price comes from scarcity and from whatever else the account has, such as other badges or a short username. Check the badge on the live profile during escrow, not in a screenshot.

Question 7

Can I buy a Discord server with members already in it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and most server listings are priced on member count. Ask how the members got there. A community that grew on its own behaves very differently from one filled through join-for-reward bots, which tends to empty within weeks of a sale. Ask to see the server's activity before you agree a price.

Question 8

Does Discord allow accounts to be sold?

Accepted Answer

No. Discord's Terms of Service say you can't sell, license, lend or transfer your account without Discord's written approval, and Discord can close an account that breaks them. Escrow on EPICSWP protects your money from the seller but can't stop Discord, so weigh that before you buy.

Question 9

How do I sell a Discord account on EPICSWP?

Accepted Answer

Listing is free. Be honest about the real creation year, the badges and whether the original email is included. When a buyer pays, wait until the deal shows the money is held, then share the login in the deal chat, hand over the email and remove your two-factor. When the buyer confirms, you are paid in full.

Question 10

Where can I buy an aged Discord account safely?

Accepted Answer

Every account listed above goes through escrow, so your money is held until you confirm the account is yours. The creation date is on the profile, but the original email matters more: an old account whose first email stays with the seller can be taken back, whatever badges it has.
