Grand Cross checks

Sync methods stay attached

Netmarble's FAQ says each sync method (Google Play, Apple, Facebook or email) links once and can't be swapped out, only added to. The seller's logins may stay on the account.

Sync Code and password

The Data Transfer screen under Player Info gives a Sync Code and password for moving the account to another device. A lost Sync Code can't be reissued.

Recovery by the original payer

Netmarble recovers lost accounts using purchase receipts or the original device, so whoever made the purchases may be able to reclaim the account. If the email sync is used, the email account itself should change hands.

Guest data

Unsynced guest data can be deleted when the device changes or the app is removed. Don't buy a guest-only account.

How to buy a Grand Cross account safely
