BEFORE YOU START#

Telegram's Transfer Channel Ownership needs two-step verification on your account. Telegram blocks the transfer if two-step verification was turned on less than 7 days ago, or if the device you're using has been logged in for less than 24 hours, so sort both out early.

THE SAFE TRANSFER ORDER#

  1. STEP 01

    The buyer pays into escrow, and you check that the deal shows the payment as held before doing anything.

  2. STEP 02

    Transfer ownership in the Telegram app. You stay an admin until you are removed, so leave the channel or have the new owner remove you.

  3. STEP 03

    Hand over any account files that are part of the deal in the deal chat.

  4. STEP 04

    The buyer confirms receipt, and the full price is released to your wallet.
