Please complete all six of the questions below to submit a feedback dispute. You must provide evidence to support your claim; without it, your claim cannot be validated.

DISPUTE GUIDELINES
Feedback will only be reviewed if Trade Swap was used in the transaction. This applies to any Trade Swap service used.
If Trade Swap was not used in the transaction, you must provide proof of the transaction. This includes showing the start of a transaction, whether that be proof of payment, service, or item sent.
If proof of transaction is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
If no proof of transaction is provided, the feedback will be removed.
Please report false feedback ASAP, within 10 days of receiving the feedback.
If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to provide proof of its validity. If they are unable to do so, the feedback will be removed as false.
We will make our best effort to investigate feedbacks received up to 30 days prior.
After 30 days, the burden of proof falls solely on the member who received the feedback. For instance, if Joe receives negative feedback from Roger, and two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed, Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger is not required to prove his feedback is true.
The period between 11 to 30 days is considered a gray area. We will do our best to investigate, however, decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Feedback will ONLY be removed if it is proven to be false. If the dispute has been resolved, the feedback will be updated to neutral.
