Find Users
Search for traders by username or name, then check their profile before you deal with them.
How to check a trader before you deal
Read the reputation box
Every profile shows completed deals, the number of reviews and how many were positive or negative. Open the negative reviews and read them in full, along with any reply from the trader. One complaint about slow replies is a different thing from several buyers saying an account was taken back.
Check the badges
ID Verified means the member has passed an identity check. Admin and Moderator badges only appear on EPICSWP staff accounts, so someone who says they work for EPICSWP but has neither badge on their profile doesn't.
Look at the join date and the listings
Everyone starts with no reviews, so a new account isn't a bad sign by itself. A brand-new account selling something rare and expensive deserves more questions, though, and so does a profile whose listings look nothing like what you are being offered.
Match the username exactly
Scammers copy the names of trusted traders with one letter changed, or message you from a Telegram or Discord handle that looks like a known member's. Open the profile from the listing itself and compare the username letter by letter with the one in your deal.
Keep the payment on EPICSWP
However good a profile looks, pay through EPICSWP checkout. The money is then held in escrow until you confirm you have received what you paid for, and if something goes wrong you can open a dispute while it is still held.
