Buying a website template should be simple, but without escrow it's risky. Go through the points below before you pay on EPICSWP.

Check these before you pay for any template:

• the license type: single-use, multi-use or developer
• whether you get the source files (HTML, CSS, JS) or only a compiled version
• the framework: WordPress, React or plain HTML
• whether it works on phones, tablets and desktops
• browser support, tested in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge

The escrow process

1. Find a template you like on EPICSWP.
2. Start the deal and pay. Your payment is held.
3. Receive the template files from the seller in the deal chat.
4. Check the files match the listing description.
5. Confirm receipt, and the money is released to the seller.

If anything doesn't match, don't confirm. Open a dispute, and a moderator will review the deal chat and the files.

• The seller refuses escrow.
• The files are password-protected and no password is provided.
