Channels, groups and accounts on EPICSWP
The Telegram section mixes three kinds of sale: channels with subscribers, groups with members, and user accounts delivered as a login, a tdata folder or a session file. Each one changes hands differently, so check which kind a listing is before you talk price.
Channels and groups move to you inside Telegram itself. Accounts move by handing over access. In both cases the buyer pays EPICSWP, and the seller is paid when the buyer confirms receipt.

Before you pay for a Telegram channel or account
Views per post
Subscriber counts are cheap to inflate. Views on the last twenty posts are much harder to fake. Compare the two: a channel with 30,000 subscribers and 300 views a post has mostly empty seats.
Telegram's transfer limits
To pass a channel on, the owner makes you an admin with every right switched on, including Add New Admins, then taps Transfer Channel Ownership and enters their two-step password. Telegram blocks this if the password was set less than 7 days ago or the owner signed in on that device less than 24 hours ago.
The old owner stays an admin
After the transfer the seller remains an admin until you remove them. Take their admin rights away before you confirm, and look through the other admins while you are there.
Sessions on an account
A tdata folder or session file lets you sign in without the phone number, but it is a copy of a live session. Sign in while the payment is held, then open Settings, Devices and end every session that isn't yours.
Bots and discussion groups
A channel's bots and its discussion group have owners of their own. Bots move through @BotFather with the same two-step rules. Agree in the deal chat which of them are included.
Old and verified accounts
What makes an account old
Telegram shows no creation date on a profile, so the age has to come from the account's own history: chats that go back years, old Saved Messages, groups joined long ago. A seller who says an account is from 2016 and can't show anything older than this spring is asking you to take the year on trust. An old account that was used for spam is limited like a new one, so message @SpamBot from it before you pay.
What sellers mean by verified
In Telegram listings, verified nearly always means the account was registered with a working phone number. It has nothing to do with the checkmark Telegram itself gives to some public figures, organizations and their channels, and no seller can add that to an account. Ask whether the number comes with the account, because without it a lost session is a lost account.
How to buy a Telegram channel or account safely
- 1Pick the Telegram channel or account you want and put your questions to the seller in the deal chat before paying.
- 2Click Buy with Escrow Protection and pay the price plus the 6% escrow fee. EPICSWP holds the money; the seller doesn't receive it yet.
- 3The seller hands over inside the deal chat, which is checked for common scam patterns.
- 4Take ownership in Telegram or sign in with the account's access, remove the seller's admin rights or sessions, and set your own two-step password. Do all of it while your payment is still held.
- 5Confirm receipt once everything matches, which releases the payment to the seller. If something is wrong, open a dispute and a moderator decides.
Selling a Telegram channel or account
Show real statistics: subscribers, average views per post and where the audience lives. For an account, say how it will be delivered and how old it is.
Turn on two-step verification at least 7 days before you plan to sell, so Telegram doesn't block the transfer. Hand over only after the deal shows the buyer's payment as held.
Telegram's Terms of Service don't mention selling channels or accounts, but they ban spam and scams, and channels used for either get closed whoever owns them. Escrow covers the payment between you and the seller.

How do I buy a Telegram channel?
Agree the price, pay into escrow, and get the seller to make you an admin with every right on. They then use Transfer Channel Ownership. When Telegram shows you as owner and the seller's admin rights are gone, confirm receipt.
Does Telegram allow channel transfers?
Yes. Transfer Channel Ownership is built into the app and doesn't need Telegram Premium. It does need two-step verification on the seller's account, switched on at least 7 days earlier.
What is the difference between a channel and a group?
A channel broadcasts posts to subscribers, who can't post back. A group is a chat where members talk to each other. Judge a channel by its views per post and a group by how many members write.
What are tdata and session files?
Copies of a signed-in Telegram session, used to hand over an account without the phone number. Test one while your payment is still held, because a session that has been logged out can't be used.
How much does a Telegram channel cost?
Topic, language and views per post set the price far more than the subscriber number. Ask for the statistics screen covering the last month before you agree a figure.
How much does a Telegram account cost?
Fresh accounts sold in bulk cost under a dollar each on account shops. An aged account with real chat history costs more. A channel is priced on its audience, from a few dollars for a small group to thousands for a channel with tens of thousands of readers. Each listing here shows its asking price.
Can I buy a Telegram username?
Yes, on Fragment. Collectible Telegram usernames are sold there by auction or direct sale, paid in Grams on the TON blockchain, and kept in your TON wallet afterwards. You can attach one to your profile or to a group or channel you own. A channel's existing public link stays with the channel when its ownership is transferred.
Does Telegram Premium come with a bought account?
