What sells in the Discord section
Most Discord listings on EPICSWP are accounts: old ones from 2015 to 2018, accounts carrying Early Supporter or other badges Discord no longer hands out, and accounts with short usernames. Servers with members turn up as well, priced on how lively the community is.
Accounts change hands through the login and the email. Servers move with Discord's Transfer Ownership option, so nobody has to share a password. Either way you pay EPICSWP, the seller hands over in the deal chat, and the money is released when you confirm.
36 listings are for sale in this category right now, with asking prices from $5 to $7,500.

Checks for Discord accounts and servers
The original email
On an account, the address it was registered with matters more than anything else. A seller who keeps it can go to Discord support and recover the account after you pay. Get the email changed to yours and run a password reset yourself before you confirm.
Badges on the live profile
Early Supporter went to people who had Nitro before 10 October 2018. Early Verified Bot Developer went to developers whose bots were verified before 19 August 2020. Discord removed the Active Developer badge in December 2025, so a listing still selling it is out of date. Check every badge on the profile after you log in.
Account age
The Member Since date shows on the profile once you are signed in. Screenshots of it are easy to edit, so read it yourself during the handover.
How busy a server really is
Ask the seller to scroll the main channels on a screen share. If the server has Server Insights, look at weekly visitors and communicators. Member counts filled through join-for-reward bots fall quickly once the giveaways stop.
Boost level
A server's boost level comes from members paying for Nitro boosts. The boosts belong to those members, so the level can drop if they stop paying after the sale.
Usernames, Nitro badges and account years
Short usernames
Discord dropped the old name#1234 tags in 2023, and every username has been unique since, so a three- or four-letter name is scarce. The username belongs to the account and moves with the login. Discord's Terms of Service list usernames among the things you may not sell, and a seller can change the name right up to the handover. Check the name on the live profile while the money is held, and leave it alone until you have confirmed.
Nitro badges from Silver to Opal
The Nitro badge changes with how long the subscription has run without a break: Silver at three months, then Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Emerald and Ruby, and Opal after six years. It follows the subscription, so it starts again from nothing when Nitro lapses, and Discord support can't put it back. On a bought account the next payment has to come from you before the current period ends, or the badge resets.
Which years cost more
Discord opened in May 2015, which makes 2015 accounts the oldest there are, and buyers pay the most for them and for 2016 ones. Accounts from 2017 and 2018 sit in the middle. Most accounts from 2019 on are sold in bulk for a few dollars each. The year in a title proves nothing by itself: read the Member Since date on the live profile, and ask whether the original email comes with the account.
How to buy a Discord account or server safely
- 1Pick the Discord account or server you want and put your questions to the seller in the deal chat before paying.
- 2Click Buy with Escrow Protection and pay the price plus the 6% escrow fee. EPICSWP holds the money; the seller doesn't receive it yet.
- 3The seller hands over inside the deal chat, which is checked for common scam patterns.
- 4Change the password and email, move two-factor to your own phone and check the badges, or accept the server's ownership transfer. Do all of it while your payment is still held.
- 5Confirm receipt once everything matches, which releases the payment to the seller. If something is wrong, open a dispute and a moderator decides.
Selling on Discord
Give the real creation year, list every badge and say whether the original email is part of the sale. For a server, state the member count and describe daily activity honestly.
Wait for the deal to show the buyer's payment as held before you share a login or transfer a server. You are paid when the buyer confirms.
Discord's Terms of Service say you may not sell, lend or transfer an account, username or vanity URL without Discord's written approval, and its Platform Manipulation Policy covers servers too. Discord can close accounts and servers that break those rules. Escrow protects your payment from the seller, not the account from Discord.
Questions about Discord accounts and servers
Where can I buy Discord accounts?
On a marketplace that holds your payment until the account is yours. Here the money stays in escrow while you change the login, email and two-factor, and the seller is paid when you confirm. Avoid deals where you pay first and get a login later.
Which Discord badges can't be earned any more?
Early Supporter (Nitro before 10 October 2018), Early Verified Bot Developer (bots verified before 19 August 2020) and Discord Partner, which Discord no longer gives out. Discord removed the Active Developer badge in December 2025. Bug Hunter is still awarded through the Discord Testers program.
What counts as an aged Discord account?
There is no official definition. Most buyers mean an account two or more years old, and accounts from 2015 to 2018 cost the most because some carry retired badges. The Member Since date on the profile is the proof.
Can I buy a Discord server with members?
Yes, servers are listed here next to accounts. Ownership moves with Discord's Transfer Ownership option, so you never need the seller's login. Judge a server on how many members actually talk.
Can a seller take a Discord account back?
Only if they kept a way in, usually the original email or a backup code. Change the email, password and two-factor during the deal and make new backup codes, and there is nothing left for them to recover with.
How do I sell a Discord account here?
Create a free listing with the creation year, the badges and whether the original email comes with it. Hand the login over in the deal chat after the payment shows as held. You are paid when the buyer confirms receipt.
Does Discord allow buying and selling accounts?
No. Its Terms of Service need Discord's written approval before anyone sells, lends or transfers an account, and the Platform Manipulation Policy tells users not to buy or sell accounts or servers at all. An account that Discord finds was sold can be closed. Escrow stops a seller from keeping your money, and that is all it can do.
How much is a Discord account worth?
The creation year, the badges and the username set the price. Plain accounts made in 2017 or later are often listed for a few dollars, 2015 and 2016 accounts for more, and accounts with Early Supporter or another retired badge for hundreds. Compare the listings above, which show what sellers here are asking today.
What is an Opal Discord account?
One whose Nitro badge has reached Opal, the level Discord shows after six or more years of unbroken Nitro. The badge counts months of Nitro, so an old account without that history doesn't have it. Discord's help page on evolving Nitro badges says the progress starts again from the beginning if the subscription ends, and support can't restore it. An Opal badge lasts only while Nitro keeps renewing after the sale, on your payment.
